Panel
We are specialized in manufacturing furniture made with high quality engineered particle board wood panels, finished with melamine lamination.
Modern technology has made these materials durable, reliable, and safe.
Particle boards, compared to the most solid wood and plywood ones, are more resistant to high heat and humidity because they are less prone to warping.
That’s why it is the most common material used to manufacture cabinetries.
Particle board is 30% lighter than MDF, and in a market where online sales is the fastest-growing distribution channel, this construction specification makes a difference in shipping costs and logistical operations.
Finishes
We use 3-dimensional melamine finishes that reproduce wood grains visually and by touch with a level of perfection that conveys a perception of authenticity. Melamine wood grains have the same visual result as veneered, with a better quality performance as they do not peel nor crack, and they are stain and scratch resistant.
Hardware
All drawers are equipped with soft-closing, undermount slides with a stop safety feature and clips to adjust horizontal alignments.
